As Log Home Technicians, we have mastered the fine art of Time Travel: we have to travel back in time to know what happened before us. And then we have to travel to the future to ensure the work will hold up down the road. We draw from our team’s unique experience and then we bring your unique situation to our brain trust at ILBA and our deep relationships with the R&D Teams at our manufacturers.
Often a log home needs more than a new coat of stain. If we have to remove and replace a leaky window or install new trim or flashing to divert water, we have the bench to do it.
Soon to come: all restoration projects will start with a blower door test. We isolate the problems and then design the solutions. Upon completion of the work, we return to do another blower door test to see how your home performs after the service.
